Gprs/Edge speed of all mobile networks in pakistan is very slow as compared to other countries. Ufone is the only mobile network which provides super fast internet. Before discussing Gprs/Edge speed we should know what is Gprs and Edge.
What is Gprs:
Gprs is old tecnology and it is present in old mobiles only. A normal Gprs enabled mobile can give speed upto 50 kb/s.
What is Edge:
Edge is enhanced form of Gprs and modern mobiles have Edge technology. A normal Edge enabled mobile can give speed upto 460.8 kb/s.
